Miami Beach, Fla. – January 14, 2026 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to announce that James Rauh, partner in the firm’s Hospitality, Alcohol & Leisure Industry Group, was installed as President of the Miami Beach Bar Association at its recent Installation Luncheon. Mr. Rauh has been an active member of the organization for several years, serving in numerous leadership roles and contributing significantly to its growth and success.
As President, Mr. Rauh will focus on expanding community engagement initiatives and fostering professional development opportunities for members, ensuring the association continues to serve as a vital resource for legal professionals in Miami Beach. His term will run throughout the 2026 calendar year.

Mr. Rauh focuses his practice on the laws governing the nightlife, hospitality and alcohol industries, including diverse and multi-disciplinary areas of legal needs common to those industry clients. He has accumulated over 15 years of experience in those practice areas, including representing hotels, restaurants and nightclubs at all levels of municipal land use and zoning approvals, along with complete business and alcoholic beverage licensing, together with permitting at the federal, state, and local levels.
