New York, N.Y. – June 6, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Jonathan Weiss has been named to The American Lawyer’s 2022 Northeast Trailblazers list. The publication recognizes practitioners who have been pioneers and are agents of change in the legal industry.
In Mr. Weiss’s “Trailblazer” profile, he discussed his path to building a real estate law practice and paving the unique “trails” for his clients to help them turn obstacles into opportunities. He also touched on his representation of his clients throughout the U.S., including his representation of Nielsen Holdings plc in connection with the 2021 disposition of the $2.7 billion disposition for Nielsen’s consumer market measurement business.
Mr. Weiss has more than 20 years of corporate real estate experience. As a partner in the Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate practice group, he concentrates his practice on representing global companies in leasing, subleasing, development, acquisition and disposition of office space throughout the U.S. and internationally. Among his high-profile institutional clients, he acts as ongoing general real estate counsel to companies in numerous market sectors, including financial services, media, marketing, insurance and law.
