Miami, FL – November 15, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Joseph Geller has been elected as Chair of the Miami-Dade Delegation for a one year term, including the 2020 Legislative Session. Mr. Geller was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2014 from District 100. He currently sits on the Appropriations Committee, Judiciary Committee, Rules Committee, Transportation & Tourism Appropriations Subcommittee and serves as Minority Ranking Member on the Gaming Control Subcommittee.
Joseph Geller focuses his practice on civil litigation, administrative law, election law, government relations, municipal law and land use and zoning. He has extensive litigation experience in both the Florida and federal courts.
