New York – February 9, 2026 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Joseph MacLellan has successfully negotiated the talent agreement on behalf of television personality, luxury real estate broker and author Kelly Killoren Bensimon for her appearance as a principal cast member in the upcoming E! docuseries, “The Golden Life.” The production is scheduled to begin filming in South Florida this spring.
The Golden Life is a 10-episode docuseries reuniting Real Housewives of New York City (RHONY) original cast members. The show follows them as they navigate a “golden era” of life in South Florida, balancing dating, family, and career milestones against the backdrop of glamorous second homes and a bustling social scene.
Mr. MacLellan has more than 20 years of combined legal and hands-on experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry. His practice focuses on entertainment, hospitality and corporate law. Mr. MacLellan represents a wide variety of clients in the entertainment and hospitality sectors, including on-air talent, content creators, television personalities, and media ventures. Mr. MacLellan’s experience includes negotiating talent agreements for reality television programs, docuseries, and other media productions, as well as advising clients on intellectual property rights, licensing, and brand partnerships.
