Newark, N.J. – July 10, 2023 – Greenspoon Marder partner Kelly M. Purcaro has been reappointed as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Class Action Committee for 2023-2024. The work of the committees is essential to advancing the interests of the NJSBA, the legal profession, and the public. For the Class Action Committee in particular, this includes addressing substantive and procedural issues involving class action lawsuits such as legislation, case law developments, rule changes, new filings, settlements, arbitration developments, and practice area trends.

Ms. Purcaro specializes in complex commercial litigation across the United States. As a seasoned trial attorney, Ms. Purcaro is experienced in an array of litigation matters, including state and national multi-party business disputes, class actions, employment disputes, consumer fraud, breach of contract, and restrictive covenants litigation. Often in her practice, Ms. Purcaro represents both individual and institutional clients in their most sensitive matters.
