The work of the committees is essential to advancing the interests of the NJSBA, the legal profession, and the public. For the Class Action Committee in particular, this includes addressing substantive and procedural issues involving class action lawsuits such as legislation, case law developments, rule changes, new filings, settlements, arbitration developments, and practice area trends.
