Miami, FL, July 28, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partner Louis J. Terminello has been re-appointed to the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Recreational Development Council (RDC). The RDC is a collegial group of experienced developers, owners and operators of resort projects and second home/vacation home recreation-oriented communities related leisure and hospitality facilities. The RDC also includes a select group of experienced consultants who have worked with recognized developers, owners and operators in designing and implementing their most notable projects. Mr. Teminello’s term will run through 2023.
Louis J. Terminello is a partner, Chair of the Hospitality, Alcohol and Leisure Industry Group and member of the Firm Management Committee at Greenspoon Marder. He concentrates his practice on administrative law and providing legal services to all tiers of the alcohol beverage industry, including retailers, suppliers and wholesalers. He handles a wide array of transactional, civil, criminal, and administrative matters for hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and package stores throughout Florida.
