Grant has been recognized by his peers in the 2022 edition of Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite Hall of Fame.” The Legal Elite Hall of Fame is a distinguished group of attorneys who have consistently earned high rankings from their peers in the annual Legal Elite voting.

Mr. Grant is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association documentation, commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, loans and construction contracts. He has represented thousands of clients in the acquisition, financing and development of residential, commercial and industrial properties. In addition to representing developers, commercial property owners and other purchasers and sellers of real estate, Mr. Grant serves as counsel to country clubs, condominium and homeowner associations.
