Miami, FL – February 19, 2020 – Greenspoon Marder partner Matthew Ginder will be a featured speaker at the South Florida Banking Institute’s “Cannabis” panel on February 19^th in Miami. This panel will explore developments in Federal law, regulation, and the approach that has been taken by the bank regulatory agencies, including FinCEN. S. Marshall Martin, General Counsel of City National Bank; Juan Antonio Gonzalez, First Assistant US Attorney of South District of Florida; and Lloyd DeVaux, President & CEO of Sunstate Bank of Florida, will speak on this panel as well.
