Denver – May 19, 2025 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to announce that tax partner Nick Richards has been appointed to the Board of the Colorado Judicial Institute, an independent, nonpartisan, statewide community organization and 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Founded in 1979, the Colorado Judicial Institute (CJI) is dedicated to promoting equity, impartiality, and public trust in Colorado’s courts through outreach, education, and civic engagement. “I’m honored to join the Colorado Judicial Institute board,” said Mr. Richards. “As a longtime tax attorney and former IRS trial lawyer, I’ve seen firsthand how important a fair and well-functioning judicial system is to individuals, businesses, and communities. I look forward to bringing my experience to the board and working alongside fellow members to support meaningful dialogue, professional development, public education, and continued excellence within Colorado’s legal landscape.”
With more than two decades of experience in tax law—spanning roles at the IRS and in private practice—Mr. Richards brings a deep understanding of the legal system and a proven track record of successful legal solutions.
