Ms. Crawford has been recognized in the Family Law practice area. Mr. Bakst has been recognized in the Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization practice area.

Ms. Crawford is a partner in the Marital & Family Law practice group at Greenspoon Marder. For nearly 15 years, she has focused her practice on representing clients in matters pertaining to complex dissolution of marriage, paternity, prenuptial agreements, alimony, child support, equitable distribution and parental responsibility. The breadth of Ms. Crawford’s experience provides her with the ability to effectively and efficiently handle the various and nuanced legal issues that frequently present themselves in situations involving marriage and family. She prides herself on being an appropriate advocate for her clients while delivering exceptional service, accessibility, and discretion.

Mr. Bakst is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Reorganization practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Bakst is experienced primarily in various fields of bankruptcy and insolvency, including representing creditors, debtors, bankruptcy trustees, receivers, and debtors, as well as representing litigants within complex bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation, receiverships, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. He is a panel United States Bankruptcy Trustee for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Bakst has also served as an Examiner appointed through the offices of the United States Trustee.
