Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – November 7, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partners Kathryn Saft and Aaron Williams have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under List in Florida.
According to Benchmark Litigation, the publication each year sets out to identify “the best and brightest litigators across the US and Canada” and notes that while it is certainly not an easy task to list a select few from an array of accomplished young lawyers, they are pleased nonetheless to showcase the selected “top emerging talent in litigation.”
Kathryn Saft is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Real Estate practice group. She concentrates her practice on regulatory compliance, and general transactional and complex litigation matters. Ms. Saft focuses on designing and implementing regulatory compliance programs, defending against administrative complaints and investigations and monitoring and improving corporate compliance positions. Ms. Saft is responsible for drafting regulatory policies and procedures, implementing licensing schemes for registration compliance, and reviewing advertising campaigns. In addition, she also handles regulatory matters as they apply to real estate, licensing, marketing and employment issues.
Aaron Williams is a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He concentrates his practice on representing clients—both plaintiffs and defendants—in a wide array of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, real estate, land use, and class action litigation. He draws upon his substantial understanding of company operations, culture, and strategic aims, which are essential considerations when developing a litigation strategy. Mr. Williams also provides strategic advice to counsel clients in evaluating their risks and represents them in finding innovative business solutions.
