Greenspoon Marder Promotes Three Attorneys To Partner and Senior Counsel

Fort Lauderdale, FL – April 4, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce the promotions of Franklin Homer to partner, and Tina Garcia and Meredith Leonard to senior counsel. The promotions became effective on April 1, 2018.

Franklin S. Homer is a partner with Greenspoon Marder’s Regulatory Compliance and Defense practice group. He handles an assortment of general regulatory, transactional and litigation matters in the health care, debt settlement, telemarketing and advertising arena. He has experience at both trial and appellate levels. As part of his practice, Mr. Homer has defended clients in highly regulated industries against various Attorneys General, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Tina Garcia is senior counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Government Relations practice group. She focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced law in Washington, D.C. where she focused her practice on complex commercial litigation.

Meredith H. Leonard is senior counsel with Greenspoon Marder’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group. She handles a large variety of general litigation matters focused in several of areas of law, including debt settlement, credit counseling, credit reporting, debt collection, and consumer fraud and protection (both state and federal counterparts).
