Miami, Fla. – October 9, 2026 – Greenspoon Marder is excited to announce that Real Estate partner Manuel “Manny” Crespo has been named a 2026 Circle of Excellence honoree in the Real Property category by the Miami-Dade Bar. Crespo is one of two attorneys honored in the category.
The Miami-Dade Bar announced 119 honorees across 27 practice areas. The awards recognize attorneys in Miami-Dade County for skill, integrity, and professionalism. The Miami-Dade Bar collected input from the general public, its members, and its committee leadership. A selection committee made up entirely of past Circle of Excellence recipients then made the final selections.
Crespo has practiced for more than 30 years and handles real estate and commercial transactions, including title insurance, condominium development, business sales and acquisitions, and commercial leasing. His clients include national banks, real estate developers, private equity lenders, and local builders. He also represents corporations and individuals in real property disputes involving contracts, construction, landlord-tenant issues, and foreclosures. Crespo advises Latin American clients on real estate investments, including multi-jurisdictional corporate structuring and phased acquisitions.
Crespo is a past president of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and serves on the board of directors of the CABA Pro Bono Project. He has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1991 and serves on its Pro Bono Legal Services Committee.
The Miami-Dade Bar will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Circle of Excellence Awards Ceremony on Nov. 18 at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.
