Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – January 5, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder’s Regulatory Compliance team has achieved the first-ever Virginia license for a debt relief provider. Led by partner Robby Birnbaum, the team advised and worked diligently with state regulators to obtain the first issue in the state’s history under the new law that requires licensing. Mr. Birnbaum and his team have been leading the recent advancement of representing clients in different types of applications for consumer debt counseling and relief providers in Virginia.

Mr. Birnbaum is heavily involved as the “go to attorney” for the debt settlement, consumer credit counseling, vehicle service contracts, seller of travel, and the credit repair industries, actively representing over 500 companies in those industries in all areas from lead generation to administrative licensing and contract fulfillment.
