New York, N.Y – February 7, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder represented Samson & Surrey Holdings Luxembourg S.à r.l., in its sale to Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc. Samson & Surrey, a premium spirits company that owns Widow Jane Whiskey, Tequila Ocho and FEW Spirits, sold to Heaven Hill, an 86-year old Kentucky-based distiller of Elijah Craig and Evan Williams bourbons. The transaction involved over 30 markets globally.
Our team was led by corporate partner John L. This significant transaction was the next step in the long-standing relationship between our lawyers and Samson & Surrey from its inception through each of its brand acquisitions, and its sale to Heaven Hill.
