Greenspoon Marder Represents TSG Group In $53 Million Resale Of Brickell Development Site

Miami, Fla., January 7, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder represented TSG Group in the $53 million resale of a 44,575-square foot development site located at 1399 Southwest First Avenue in Miami.

TSG first acquired the property from Chestnut Capital LLC in 2017 for $31.75 million. Located in the heart of Miami’s Financial District, the property is located directly adjacent to the Infinite Brickell condo tower. A three-story, 34,935 square-foot-office space currently occupies the site and is home to organizations such as the Consulate General of Mexico.

The Greenspoon Marder team representing TSG Group was led by partner Manuel L. Crespo and associate Frank Whitaker of the firm’s Miami office.
