FORT LAUDERDALE – July 14, 2016 – Marla Neufeld, Senior Counsel at Greenspoon Marder’s Fort Lauderdale office, was a featured speaker on radio/TV show Community News and Review with Philip Bell on Thursday, July 7^th. During the program, she discussed her American Bar Association (ABA) book relating to assisted reproductive technology and surrogacy related matters with her co-author, Jeffrey Kasky.

Mrs. Neufeld’s co-authored book called ABA’s Guide to Assisted Reproduction Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to Success discusses options for hopeful parents who are unable to use traditional methods of conception and carrying a pregnancy. For these parents, assisted reproductive technology (ART) provides a mechanism to achieve pregnancy and birth, whether through assisted insemination, in vitro fertilization, or gestational carriers.

Marla is the founder of the firm’s Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group. She focuses on helping others start a family using the available third party reproductive technologies and adoption laws in Florida. Drawing from her own personal journey with infertility and the use of a gestational surrogate, Neufeld utilizes her transactional law background and combines it with her compassion and understanding of the surrogacy and adoption process. She was recently recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Florida Rising Star in Family Law.
