Ft. Lauderdale, FL – June 5, 2018Greenspoon Marder senior counsel, Matthew Ginder, will be a featured speaker at the Jewish Federation of Broward County’s Mega Networking Event on Tuesday, June 5th. The event will be centered around a discussion of the cannabis industry and its impact on South Florida’s businesses and communities.

Mr. Ginder is senior counsel in the Cannabis Law practice group at Greenspoon Marder. He represents an array of cannabis-related businesses, assisting in many areas of the industry, including licensing, regulatory and compliance, and business transactions. Additionally, he represents individuals and entities interested in investing in state legal cannabis businesses. Mr. Ginder co-founded and manages the Organization for Safe Cannabis Regulation (OSCR), a non-profit organization which advocates on behalf of cannabis-related business in Florida.
