Tallahassee, Fla. – August 11, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder senior counsel Michael Martinez will be a featured speaker at the 2021 Annual National Conference of State Liquor Administrators (NCSLA) panel entitled “The “Ins and Outs” of Private Label Products.” The panel will take place on Sunday, August 29th, 2021, from 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM EST. Mr. Martinez will discuss how to bring a private labeled product to market, focusing on the regulatory considerations.
Mr. Martinez is senior counsel to both the Hospitality, Alcohol and Leisure Industries and Cannabis Law Group. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Martinez worked in Florida state government for fifteen years at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Since joining the firm Mr. Martinez has been involved in numerous alcohol and cannabis related regulatory issues. He has been asked to speak at industry conferences, provided training to a state regulatory body and has attended several legislative and rulemaking hearings. Mr. Martinez provides legal services to all tiers of the alcohol beverage industry, including retailers, suppliers and wholesalers. In addition, he serves as an Associate Member representative for the Executive Committee of the NCSLA.
