RE-ELECTED TO RAMAT SHALOM’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – May 25, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder Beth-Ann Krimsky has been re-elected to Ramat Shalom’s Board of Directors. In addition to Ms. Krimsky serving Ramat Shalom, she has also invested her time in the community serving as the President of the I Care I Cure Childhood Cancer Foundation (ICIC) for almost ten years in an effort to fund research to find better and less toxic treatments for childhood cancer. She also was a founding and inaugural board member of the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2) which is a national organization that strives to collaborate efforts of foundations throughout the country to help children with cancer. Her work with ICIC and CAC2 led to Ms. Krimsky being invited to the White House to attend the first ever meeting held at that level of our government to address the need for additional research for childhood cancer.
Ms. Krimsky is a commercial trial attorney, whose practice includes a broad variety of business disputes, including complex real estate, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and land use litigation. She handles real estate development business disputes and pre-litigation contract review, as well as general commercial litigation matters including class action defense regarding e-Commerce and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Her practice includes trial work in both Federal and State Courts throughout the State of Florida, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
