Fort Lauderdale, FL – August 17, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder David Kubiliun was a featured speaker at today’s Broward County Bar Association (BCBA) Young Lawyers Section “An Associate’s Guide to Becoming a Partner” Luncheon. The discussion will cover an associate’s first steps to posturing themselves to become a partner, making the transition, and the common pitfalls faced by young attorneys.

Mr. Kubiliun is Chairman of Greenspoon Marder’s Criminal Law practice group. His practice focuses on effective representation of complex high-profile cases. His experience includes one of the largest cases prosecuted in the United States under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, resulting in dismissal of criminal charges for his client. Mr. Kubiliun has appeared on international, national and local media outlets, including CNN, FOX News, Univision and Telemundo as a media commentator. He has appeared as a legal commentator in People magazine and InTouch Weekly.
