MIAMI, FL – February 1, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder Deborah Baker-Egozi will be a featured panelist on “Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreements” at the Inaugural Corporate Counsel Summit, presented by Florida Association for Women Lawyers on February 24. Ms. Baker-Egozi was President of the Miami-Dade Chapter, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, 2014-2015, and has been recognized as a 2017 “Top Lawyer,” by South Florida Legal Guide.

Miami-Dade Florida Associate for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL) is a voluntary bar association dedicated to the professional advancement of women lawyers and the promotion of women’s rights. MDFAWL is open to men and women who are members of the Bar in any State, law students, and non-lawyers ‘Affiliates’ approved by the Board of Directors. MDFAWL offers numerous opportunities for personal and professional development.

Ms. Baker-Egozi focuses her law practice in the area of commercial litigation, with significant emphasis in the areas of business and real estate litigation. She has represented public and private companies in a variety of corporate litigation matters, and has represented receivers.
