FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – March 3, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that Shareholder, Kathryn Saft will be a featured speaker at two upcoming Vacation Ownership Conferences.
First, Ms. Saft will be speaking at the Vacation Ownership Financial Services Operations Conference.
The event will be held at the Hilton Grand Vacations at Tuscany Village, Orlando, FL, on March 10, 2017, where speakers will address topics concerning the current Federal and State regulation landscape, and what to expect in the future.
Second, Ms. Saft will also be speaking about “Electrifying Your Sales Documents: Paperless and Fearless” at the American Resort Development Association’s (ARDA) Annual Convention & Exposition, occurring March 26-30, 2017 in New Orleans, LA. Ms. Saft actively works with the ARDA, in order to review pending legislation affecting the timeshare industry nationwide and reviews proposed legislative changes as it relates to the timeshare industry.
