GREENSPOON MARDER SHAREHOLDER LARRY CORMAN TO BE A FEATURED SPEAKER AT THE FLORIDA CHAPTER CLUB MANAGER ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA SUMMER CONFERENCE SERIES
CLEARWATER – September 22, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder, Larry Corman, will be a featured speaker at the 2016 Florida Chapter Club Manager Association of America (FLCMAA) Summer Conference Series on Sunday, September 25th in Clearwater, FL. Mr. Corman will be joining the “It’s All Legal” panel where he will be providing information regarding Statutory Amendments pertaining to POA grievance procedures and Statutory and Florida case law requirements for private club grievances. He will also discuss the steps that POA’s and private clubs can take to enhance collection procedures.

The Florida Chapter is recognized as the organization’s largest chapter. They regularly meet for education and networking events. Practicing in Florida for over 30 years since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1983, Larry Corman focuses his practice in business litigation, labor and employment law, real estate litigation, contracts, civil rights litigation, constitutional law, and association and private club law. Mr. Corman is a frequent lecturer and has spoken at educational seminars sponsored by the Florida Bar and other civic and educational organizations, regarding the areas of employment, associations and private clubs, and constitutional law.
