GREENSPOON MARDER SHAREHOLDER LAURENCE “LARRY” I. BLAIR APPOINTED TO THE FLORIDA BAR’S WILLS, TRUSTS & ESTATES CERTIFICATION COMMITTEE
BOCA RATON, FL – May 3, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder Laurence “Larry” I. Blair has been appointed to serve a 3-year term on The Florida Bar’s Wills, Trusts & Estates Certification Committee. Mr. Blair’s term will begin on July 1, 2017. Certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of the competency and experience of attorneys in the 26 areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida.
Mr. Blair concentrates his practice in the areas of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning with an emphasis on representing families and entrepreneurs in multiple-generation wealth transfer and asset protection planning. He also represents clients with business succession planning needs, including shareholders’ agreements, buy-sell and cross purchase agreements, and business transactions, including purchases and sales of businesses.
