NAMED NEW CHAIR OF LOCAL JACOBSON JEWISH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

BOCA RATON, FL – May 31, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder Laurence “Larry” I. Blair has been named chair of the Jacobson Jewish Community Foundation (JJCF) after chairing its Professional Advisory Committee (PAC). A highly respected leader in the Jewish community, Blair was recently honored with the 2017 Irving Eckhardt Mitzvah Society Award.

Mr. Blair concentrates his practice in the areas of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning with an emphasis on representing families and entrepreneurs in multiple-generation wealth transfer and asset protection planning. He also represents clients with business succession planning needs, including shareholders’ agreements, buy-sell and cross purchase agreements, and business transactions, including purchases and sales of businesses.
