Miami, FL – August 15, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder Louis J. Terminello has been appointed to the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Florida Product Councils (FPC’s) Hospitality & Recreation Development Council (HRDC). He will serve a three year term, Florida-wide. Mr. Terminello’s responsibilities as a member of the council will include providing a forum for information exchange on state-of-the-art real estate practices, discussing industry focuses on the major social and economic issues of the day, and attracting the most talented and successful people in the real estate development field to ULI membership.
FPC’s are small, intimate groups of State of Florida ULI Members who meet for a day of programming at the ULI Statewide Conference and a minimum of one other meeting during the year. FPC meetings usually consist of guest speakers, sharing best practices, case studies, round table discussions, and possible off-site private tours.
Mr. Terminello concentrates his practice on administrative law and providing legal services to all tiers of the alcohol beverage industry, including retailers, suppliers and wholesalers. As Co-Chair of Greenspoon Marder’s Alcohol Beverage Group, he handles a wide array of transactional, civil, criminal, and administrative matters for hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and package stores throughout Florida. Recently, Mr. Terminello joined the University of Miami School of Law as an adjunct professor teaching a course on alcohol beverage law.
