GREENSPOON MARDER SHAREHOLDER LOUIS J. TERMINELLO JOINS UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI SCHOOL OF LAW AS ADJUNCT PROFESSOR TEACHING ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LAW
Miami, FL – July 24, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Alcohol Beverage Group Louis J. Terminello has joined the faculty of the University of Miami School as Law as an adjunct professor teaching Alcohol Beverage Law.
The course will offer a survey of beverage alcohol and governance of all three tiers of the beverage alcohol industry in conjunction with various state and federal alcoholic beverage statutory schemes, promulgated rules and decisional case law. The class begins on August 17, 2017 at the University of Miami’s main campus in Coral Gables, FL.
Mr. Terminello was previously an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University’s Chaplain School of Hospitality and Tourism Management teaching Beverage Law Management/Alcoholic Beverage Law for over six years. He has lectured at Florida Bar CLE events on various alcoholic beverage law topics on several occasions.
