GREENSPOON MARDER SHAREHOLDER MANUEL CRESPO NAMED TO FUND PRESIDENT’S CIRCLE 2015 BY ATTORNEYS’ TITLE FUND SERVICES, LLC
MIAMI – June 15, 2016 – Manuel L. Crespo, a shareholder at Greenspoon Marder’s Miami office, has been named a member of The Fund President’s Circle by Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC (The Fund). The Fund is an organization that supports and promotes the success of attorneys’ real estate practices by providing expert underwriting counsel, legal education, title information and innovative products.
The Fund President’s Circle is comprised of an elite group of leaders within the legal profession. These top-tier legal professionals have received this statewide recognition because of the commitment they have shown to their clients and to The Fund. Only 100 of The Fund’s top members in 2015 received this distinction.
President’s Circle Members are determined by the level of business they have conducted with The Fund the prior year.
Crespo’s practice focuses on real estate and commercial transactions, including title insurance, condominium development and the conversion of existing rental unit buildings to condominium ownership. In addition to his busy practice, Crespo is currently the Immediate Past President of the Cuban-American Bar Association, one of the largest minority voluntary bar associations in Florida, and co-chairs the Florida Bar Committee for Diversity and Inclusion.
