THE FLORIDA BAR FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

TAMPA – December 13, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder shareholder Murray Silverstein was reappointed to a three year term to the Florida Bar Foundation’s Board of Directors. In a unanimous decision, The Florida Bar Board of Governors voted his reappointment.

The Florida Bar Foundation is the only statewide organization linking 30 legal services programs in Florida to form a comprehensive, statewide legal services delivery system. Its funding promotes access to justice and improvements in addressing the civil legal needs of the poor.

Mr. Silverstein, the managing partner of Greenspoon Marder’s Tampa office, formerly served as an eight-year member of The Florida Bar Board of Governors, and continues to serve the bar through active rule committee and related participation. He regularly advocates for the rights of indigents needing access to the courts through pro bono representation, and through his service as a board member on the Florida Bar Foundation.
