GREENSPOON MARDER SUPPORTS ARDA WORLD 2017

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – February 15, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to be an annual supporter of the American Resort Development Association’s (ARDA) Annual Convention & Exposition. Shareholder Kathryn Saft will be speaking on “Electrifying Your Sales Documents: Paperless and Fearless” at the event. Ms. Saft actively works with the ARDA, in order to review pending legislation affecting the timeshare industry nationwide and reviews proposed legislative changes as it relates to the timeshare industry.

The event will be held in New Orleans, LA, on March 26-30, 2017, featuring over 25 educational sessions covering the latest industry trends and best practices.

ARDA is the Washington D.C.-based trade association representing the vacation ownership and resort development industries (timeshares). ARDA has nearly 750 corporate members ranging from privately held firms to publicly traded corporations with extensive experience in shared ownership interests in leisure real estate.
