WEST PALM BEACH, FL – MAY 31, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to be a sponsor of the Palm Beach County Housing Summit 2017 with firm shareholder Morris G. “Skip” Miller acting as a moderator at the event taking place May 31st from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
The purpose of the Summit is to bring together a diverse group of community leaders, practitioners and stakeholders to identify and garner support for a framework that will make housing attainable to all income levels. The focus will be on reducing financial barriers, policy and regulatory barriers while exploring innovative tools and models that will provide the housing options that will keep pace with growth in our community.
Mr. Miller focuses on public finance and representation of non-profit entities. He has extensive experience in municipal finance transactions of all types, including taxable bonds, bond issues for not-for-profit organizations, mini bonds, community redevelopment financing, special taxing districts and single- and multi-family housing revenue bonds.
