Los Angeles, Cal., March 22, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to welcome Anny Tavit as Chief Recruiting Officer. Anny will reside in the Los Angeles office, but will support the firm’s recruiting efforts nationwide.
Anny has more than 20 years of legal recruiting experience, collaborating with firm leadership to implement strategies for identification and recruitment of top legal talent. She handles all aspects of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and integration. She has written an article about structured interviewing and developed attorney interviewer training materials and presented training programs on that topic, has presented on a panel regarding the importance of lateral integration, and developed lateral integration programs at various firms.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Brown Bag Lady, a nonprofit dedicated to feeding the homeless and providing other basic necessities to underserved communities in the Los Angeles area. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Communications and Journalism.
