Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – November 6, 2025 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that firm-wide deputy managing partner Rebecca Bratter has been appointed chair of the Audit Committee for the Performing Arts Center Authority (PACA).
Ms. Bratter has been a dedicated member of PACA since her appointment by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners in 2017. Throughout her tenure, she has been deeply involved in advancing the mission of the Authority, which governs the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, one of the nation’s premier arts and cultural institutions.
As chair of the Audit Committee, Ms. Bratter will provide leadership and oversight to ensure the continued fiscal integrity, accountability and operational excellence of the Authority.
