Being a certified mediator, Mr. Ehrenberg has maintained a membership in the Bankruptcy Mediation Panel since 2016 for the Central District Bankruptcy Court Panel of Mediators. Mr. Ehrenberg has had some of the highest success rates of the Court’s Panel Mediators, and has been one of the most sought-after mediators in the Los Angeles area for cases including non-dischargeability actions, contract disputes, landlord tenant disputes, and legal malpractice actions over the last several years. Additionally, Mr. Ehrenberg has served as a Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustee since 1995, as well as a litigation trustee in post-confirmation Chapter 11 cases. Furthermore, Mr. Ehrenberg has over 25 years of experience representing bankruptcy trustees, receivers, businesses, creditors, government entities, purchasers and sellers of assets, and litigants throughout California in matters involving bankruptcy law, receiverships, and commercial and business litigation.
