SHAREHOLDER REBECCA BRATTER OF GREENSPOON MARDER
PROMOTED TO DEPUTY MANAGING SHAREHOLDER
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – April 3, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that Shareholder, Rebecca Bratter, has been promoted to Deputy Managing Shareholder. Working closely alongside co-founders, Gerry Greenspoon and Michael Marder, Ms. Bratter will continue to focus on firm administration and operations as well as firm strategy and growth.

Ms. Bratter began her career at Greenspoon Marder as a law clerk in 2001, later returning as a summer associate; working up toward a shareholder position. She now leads the firm’s Banking & Finance Litigation Practice Group, and also serves on the firm’s Management, Impact, and Foundation Committees. For the past five years, Ms. Bratter has also worked closely with Gerry Greenspoon and Michael Marder in executing the firm’s overall strategy both internally and externally.
Bratter obtained her law degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, and her B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs.
Ms. Bratter was recently highlighted in South Florida Business Journal’s Executive Profiles, “Rebecca Bratter on getting an early start in the legal profession.” She has been recognized among “Best Lawyers in America” in Commercial Litigation by U.S. News & World Report. Since 2009, she has been listed as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers, recognized among Daily Business Review’s “40 under 40” Rising Stars, and a finalist for Lifestyle Media Group’s “Leaders in Law” Award.
