Las Vegas, NV – June 12, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder attorneys Neal D. Gidvani and Philip A. Silvestri from the Las Vegas, Nevada office have been named “Mountain States Rising Stars” in 2017 by Super Lawyers magazine.
Mr. Gidvani has several years of experience representing financial institutions and investment groups with all matters related to foreclosure including; mediation, regulatory compliance and general litigation. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2013.
Mr. Silvestri focuses on representation of clients in highly regulated industries. His practice includes representing creditors in complex default-regulated litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure matters. Mr. Silvestri is also an experienced mediator.
