Mr. Mele is widely recognized for his work in land use, zoning, environmental and governmental law. Having experience as a land planner and a city manager, Mr. Mele has a unique understanding of the myriad issues developers, property owners, and local governments face; and is able to advise clients on a wide range of complex matters.
Mr. Smith is an experienced trial lawyer concentrating on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Much of Mr. Smith’s practice is focused on the representation of clients involved in or related to real estate development.
Mr. Grant is the Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law and Condominium and Planned Development Law. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association documentation, commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, loans, and construction contracts.
