Amanda “Mandy” Chapman is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Since joining the firm in 1999, her practice has focused primarily on commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, non-compete issues, landlord/tenant issues, and commercial foreclosure. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Chapman advises clients on compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. She has practiced before the federal, state, and appellate courts in Florida and in other states.
