Mark Lynn
Partner
Mark Lynn has developed a comprehensive practice in real estate transactional law, with an emphasis on the negotiation, structuring and documentation of real estate asset transactions, representing both developers and lenders, and particularly in connection with the development of residential and multifamily communities, office buildings, industrial projects and retail centers. Mr. Lynn is board-certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law, which is the highest such rating of an attorney’s special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in a specific area of law and for professionalism and ethics in practice in Florida.

He has also spent considerable time representing landlord and tenants in the negotiation of leases of office, industrial and shopping center spaces.
As a complement to Mr. Lynn’s transactional practice, he has a considerable background in the representation of both lenders and owners in real estate litigation and the resolution of title defects, bank foreclosures and loan workouts.
