Michael T. Masci

Michael T. Masci is an associate in Greenspoon Marder LLP’s Litigation practice group and is based in the firm’s Orlando office, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation and real property tax challenges. Mr. Masci’s practice includes a wide variety of business and real estate cases, representing the interests of governmental agencies, lenders, real estate developers, property and community association managers, start-ups, and various other businesses, among other clients.
Mr. Masci assists clients with litigation in areas of debt collection, owner’s association law, timeshare, fraud, breach of contract, landlord/tenant matters and other business-related contractual disputes.
Mr. Masci holds a Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University and is admitted to practice in Florida. During law school, Mr. Masci was a member of the NSU Moot Court Society.
