Greenspoon Marder has experienced meaningful advancements since joining the initiative and is reaffirming its commitment to certification for the 2024-2025 period.
“We believe that fostering a positive environment for all is essential not only for our firm but for the legal profession as a whole,” said Myrna L. Maysonet, partner and Chief Impact Officer. “Our ongoing commitment to the Mansfield Rule reflects our intention to continue pursuing meaningful opportunities for all attorneys to contribute to and thrive in.”
The Mansfield Rule, named after Arabella Mansfield, the first female lawyer admitted to practice law in the U.S. in 1869, aims to increase the representation of historically underrepresented talent in law firms. This initiative focuses on broadening the pool of women lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, lawyers with disabilities, and underrepresented racial and ethnic lawyers.
