Denver, CO – October 26, 2026 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that partners Sibylle M. Clark and Ben King and associate Hunter Martin, as well as three paralegals, have joined its Denver office. Together, the new domestic relations team strengthens the firm’s Family Law practice and enhances its ability to represent clients in criminal law matters and other complex disputes throughout Colorado.

Ms. Clark brings decades of courtroom experience as a family law attorney, former deputy district attorney, and defense counsel. Her practice covers family law, criminal defense and litigation. She handles divorce, legal separation, parenting time, child support, relocation, post-decree modifications and the enforcement of court orders. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Clark prosecuted cases in La Plata, Douglas and El Paso counties. She has tried more than 140 jury trials throughout her career.
Mr. King practices exclusively in marital and family law, including highly contested divorces and child custody cases. A Colorado native and third-generation trial attorney, he has won issues before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. An active presence in the legal community, he serves on the Colorado Bar Association’s Family Law Section Executive Council and has previously guest lectured on economic misconduct in divorce at the University of Colorado School of Law since 2017.
Mr. Martin represents clients in divorce and legal separation cases, including the division of property and debt, maintenance, parenting time, decision-making, and child support. He also handles post-decree modifications and contempt proceedings tied to family court orders.
