Patricia Gannon is the Deputy Managing Partner of the New York office and Immigration Practice Co-Chair. With a focus on business immigration, Patricia advises multi-nationals on employment verification matters and develops various compliance strategies and programs. She has represented fortune 500 companies, artists, Olympic athletic, banking, telecommunications and an array of international high net worth individuals. Patricia serves as the moderator for GM’s Immigration Coffee Talk webinar series and is a regular contributor to the firm’s Immigration Blog. She has been quoted and published in various publications including Bloomberg Law, Law360, and HR Magazine, to name a few.
Louis J. Terminello is the Managing Partner of the Miami office and Chair of the Hospitality, Alcohol and Leisure Industry Group. He concentrates his practice on administrative law and providing legal services to all tiers of the alcohol beverage industry, including retailers, suppliers and wholesalers. He handles a wide array of transactional, civil, criminal, and administrative matters for hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and package stores throughout Florida. Lou has more than 40 years of experience in the alcohol beverage and tobacco industry as a regulator, industry attorney and industry member. He is regularly sought-after to comment on hospitality issues and has been featured in USA Today, Miami Herald, and NBC Miami, among others.
