The IP Law Firm Leadership Council is comprised of experienced intellectual property attorneys from leading law firms who support GIPA’s mission to strengthen Georgia’s innovation ecosystem. Council members collaborate with business leaders, policymakers, academics, and entrepreneurs to advance intellectual property education, advocacy, and best practices across the state.
Mr. Clarke brings extensive experience in intellectual property law, advising clients on matters including trademarks, licensing, and IP strategy across a range of industries. His appointment reflects both his individual expertise and Greenspoon Marder’s ongoing commitment to supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and IP‑driven growth in Georgia and beyond.
