In his presentation, “A Call Center’s Guide to Working with the BBB,” Mr. Meier will share useful and pragmatic information that companies can utilize to improve their ratings when working with the Better Business Bureau. The two-day summit is scheduled to begin on Monday, Dec. 9, at 7 a.m. EST at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa in Clearwater Beach, Fla.

Mr. Meier has over 15 years of experience representing business clients that operate in regulated industries including businesses that provide extended warranty services, health care services, debt settlement services, credit repair services, telemarketing services, and various other regulated services. His primary practice involves assisting his clients to navigate complex governmental state and federal consumer protection-oriented investigations. His practice also involves advising clients on various compliance-oriented regulations, and he often represents clients in the defense of consumer class action lawsuits based on alleged violations of various telemarketing regulations.
