The webinar will review key concepts involved with asset protection planning and how recent developments can impact your practice. Mr. Brown and Ms. Fox will be covering the topic “Trends and Traps for Asset Protection: What Attorneys Should Know to Advise Higher Net Worth Clients”.

Mr. Brown has more than twenty-five years of experience in areas of comprehensive estate planning, asset protection and taxation. He focuses his practice on trust designs that are customized to the clients’ goals of protection of assets for their family and having added flexibility in their comprehensive estate plans that allow maximizing options with regard to changing circumstances and evolving laws.

Ms. Fox focuses her practice primarily on tax-oriented estate planning, international tax matters, multi-generational wealth transfer and family business succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. She also has experience advising clients in regard to offshore voluntary disclosures, guardianships, probate and trust administration, expatriation, pre-immigration planning, and corporate formation.
