ORLANDO – January 23, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder attorneys Michael Marder and Mark Rabinowitz have been recognized in Orlando Magazine as one of “Orlando’s Best Lawyers 2016”

The annual Best Lawyers® list provides the names of Orlando-area attorneys recommended by their colleagues in the field. A national attorney evaluation firm, Woodward/White, Inc., conducted an extensive peer-review survey asking established local lawyers to name top practitioners in their particular fields.

Mr. Marder focuses his practice in commercial litigation and timeshare and resort law, working not only to create a firm that handles timeshare law, but shaping the industry in the process. He works diligently with House and Senate leadership to legislate effectively for Greenspoon Marder’s timeshare and vacation ownership clients, and was instrumental in drafting the 2010 amendment to Chapter 721 that provided for non-judicial foreclosure of mortgage liens on timeshare interests.

Mr. Rabinowitz has been Board Certified in Marital and Family Law in Florida since 1999. He served on the Marital and Family Law Certification Committee of The Florida Bar, and has served as Chairman of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit’s Grievance Committee for The Florida Bar and served as a member of the Family Law Rules Committee.
