Ms. Bermudez also represents foreign investors seeking visa status based on start-up companies and investments, as well as individuals seeking classification for extraordinary ability or national interest waivers.

Ms. Collado-Hudak has defended hundreds clients at all levels of the state and federal criminal justice system, from pre-indictment to trial.
