This marks the sixteenth consecutive year that Mr. Marder has received this prestigious honor, a streak that began in 2010.

Mr. Marder has focused his practice on complex business litigation, transactional law, real estate, banking and finance. He has extensive experience in hospitality and vacation ownership law and has helped shape the industry over the last four decades.
